Tahini Pepita Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Honey

  • 3 Tbsp Tahini

  • 3/4 Cup Oat Flour

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp pepitas

  • 4 tbsp coconut flakes

  • Almond Milk

    Directions

    1. Mix the honey, tahini, and cinnamon until smooth

    2. Slowly add in the oat flour until it forms a dough (if it ends up too dry then add in a little almond milk)

    3. Add in pepitas and coconut flakes

    4. Stir and roll into little balls!
