Ginger Teriyaki Stir Fry
Ingredients
Tempeh (or tofu)
Fresh Ginger
Sesame Oil
Coconut Aminos
Teriyaki Sauce
Minced Garlic
Zucchini
Red Pepper
Snow Peas
Broccolini
Carrot
Onion
Directions
In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté tempeh and fresh ginger
Add coconut aminos and sauté until lightly browned
Remove tempeh and set aside
Add onion and minced garlic to the pan and sauté
Once onion is mostly cooked through, add the rest of the veggies and teriyaki sauce.
Add the tempeh back in + more fresh ginger.
Sauté until all veggies are cooked to your liking
Serve with brown rice, quinoa, or on its own
