Sweet Potato Toast 4 Ways!

To make:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Thinly slice one sweet potato into “toast” pieces

  3. Spray with cooking oil and bake until soft all the way through

    • Cooking time will depend on the thickness of your slices

  4. Remove from oven, let cool and serve with toppings of choice.

Mine are:

  • Sprouts + crumbled veggie burger

  • Banana + honey + cinnamon + coconut flakes

  • Avocado + pepper & salt+ pepitas

  • Red pepper hummus +cilantro
