Sweet Potato Toast 4 Ways!
To make:
Preheat oven to 350.
Thinly slice one sweet potato into “toast” pieces
Spray with cooking oil and bake until soft all the way through
Cooking time will depend on the thickness of your slices
Remove from oven, let cool and serve with toppings of choice.
Mine are:
Sprouts + crumbled veggie burger
Banana + honey + cinnamon + coconut flakes
Avocado + pepper & salt+ pepitas
Red pepper hummus +cilantro
