No Bake “Cheesecake” Bars

Ingredients

  • 11 dates

  • 4 tbsp nut butter of choice

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Unsweetened Greek Yogurt

Directions

  1. In a food processor or strong blender, mix dates, nut butter, and oats until mixture forms a dough

  2. Line a baking tray (I used a loaf pan) and press mixture down until flat on the bottom

  3. Mix in the 2 tbsp of honey and preferred amount of yogurt for the topping

  4. Pour on top of the date mixture and freeze for about 1.5 hours

  5. Remove from the freezer, slice, and enjoy!
