Carrot Cake Balls

Ingredients

  • Oats or Oat Flour

  • Dates

  • Shredded carrots

  • Walnuts

  • Cinnamon

  • Coconut Butter (Not coconut oil!)

Directions

  1. Remove pits from the dates and soak for about 30 minutes

  2. In a food processor (or strong blender), mix dates, oat flour or oats, walnuts, carrots and cinnamon until it forms a dough.

  3. Roll into balls of preferred size, top with melted coconut butter and enjoy!

The measurements of ingredients may vary depending on how moist and sweet you want the balls to be. The more dates you add the sweeter they will be!
