Homemade Honey Pecan Granola
Ingredients
Gluten- free rolled oats
Coconut Flakes
Pecans
Pumpkin seeds
Dates
Coconut Oil
Manuka Honey
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Chop pecans and dates into small bits
Mix pumpkin seeds, oats, coconut flakes, chopped pecans in a bowl and add 1 tbsp coconut oil + 2 tbsp of honey.
Add dates and mix
Spread evenly on a pan and cook for 10-15 min
Remove from oven, let cool, then crumble into granola
Use however much of the dry ingredients you want as long as everything is evenly coated in coconut oil and honey!
