Homemade Honey Pecan Granola

Ingredients

  • Gluten- free rolled oats

  • Coconut Flakes

  • Pecans

  • Pumpkin seeds

  • Dates

  • Coconut Oil

  • Manuka Honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Chop pecans and dates into small bits

  3. Mix pumpkin seeds, oats, coconut flakes, chopped pecans in a bowl and add 1 tbsp coconut oil + 2 tbsp of honey.

  4. Add dates and mix

  5. Spread evenly on a pan and cook for 10-15 min

  6. Remove from oven, let cool, then crumble into granola

  • Use however much of the dry ingredients you want as long as everything is evenly coated in coconut oil and honey!
